Post Title: Learner Call Centre
Qualification: Matric or NQF4.
Position Purpose :
– You will be trained and be skilled to act as a an important or key channel of communication for Transnet Port Terminals Customers & Stakeholders.
– You will make sure that all calls, online queries or emails are dealt with effectively and on time.
– You will be required to escalate queries that cannot be solved by you to the supervisor and relevant business units as required by Customer Service Centre query
– You will be required to attend class complete your portfolio
